A flexible, low energy sign display system comprising multiple RGB LED modules 3 fixed to a flexible panel 1. The panel is preferably provided with holes and/or recesses for the LED modules, the holes or recesses being formed using a CNC machine. The panel 1 can be bent, twisted, cut and shaped easily and the LED's arranged to recreate an animated image or pattern from an SD Card source or networked PC via an integrated controller. A diffuser panel 1 can also be provided. Flexibility comes from the use of extruded plastics such that the panels are lightweight and easy to fit and maintain. The image quality is determined by the spacing or pitch of the LED's in the array the smaller the pitch the clearer the image. Wiring 4 is provided to connect the modules together and to connect them to the controller and power supply (Fig. 3). |
