<p>A lining plate (23) for the mould cavity of a boxless moulding machine is perforated by transverse functional openings (26), such as sand inlet openings and air inlet openings in which nozzles (35) may be inserted. The lining plate (23) is divided into two plate layers (24, 25) releasably secured to each other, namely a wear plate (25) which delimits the mould cavity and a support plate (24) located behind the wear plate (25). The facing large faces (28, 27) of the wear and support plates (25, 24) are maintained in close contact by adhesive magnets (30) and releasably intermeshed to prevent relative axial sliding. The lining plate (23) ensures trouble-free, relatively inexpensive repair in the event of wear.</p> |
