PURPOSE: A parking control system using visible light communication is provided to improve the certainty of operation using the visual light communication as a wireless light communication means between a vehicle unit and a parking control unit. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle unit(10) includes an LED lamp(11) and an VLC transmission module. The LED lamp emits visible rays to the forward or backward of a vehicle. The VLC transmission module transmits an identification number of the vehicle through the visual rays. A parking lot part(20) includes a parking line(21) and a blocking bar. The parking line guides the parking of the vehicle. The blocking bar blocks the entry of the vehicle. A parking control unit(30) includes a light receiving sensor(31), an VLC receiving module, a vehicle DB, and a blocking bar controller. The receiving sensor receives the visual rays. The VLC receiving module recognizes the identification number from the visual rays.
