The present invention addresses the problem of providing an optically transparent conductive film for which pattern visibility has been improved without significant loss of various characteristics such as resistance that are normally required of optically transparent conductive films for touch panels. Provided is an optically transparent conductive film containing (A) an optically transparent support layer, (B) a hard coat layer, and (C) an optically transparent conductive layer, the optically transparent conductive film being characterized in that at least one of the hard coat layers (B) contains silicaceous particles and 7/µm2 to 100/ µm2 cross-sections of 20 nm - 100 nm diameter silicaceous particles are observed in a cross-section of the hard coat layer (B) in the direction perpendicular to the main film surface.
