PURPOSE: A surgical instrument for blood vessel treatment is provided to increase the success rate of surgery by forming a punching member to be moved or rotated forward and backward. CONSTITUTION: A power transmission member(9) is moved or rotated along a conduit. A punching member(11) is combined with the top end of the power transmission member. A conduit moving device is combined with the conduit. The punching member is protruded from the head of the conduit moving device. A punching member rotating device(19) rotates the punching member in the forward or backward direction.
