摘要 PURPOSE: An automatic operation system for a forcible vaporizer of an LNG carrier ship is provided to supply an accurate amount of BOG(Boil-Off Gas) that a propulsion system of an engine room requires by developing automatic operation logics. CONSTITUTION: An automatic operation system for a forcible vaporizer of an LNG carrier ship comprises a flow rate control valve(4), a temperature control valve(3), a first temperature sensor(7a), a second temperature sensor(7b), a flow rate sensor(8), and a controller. The flow rate control valve is installed in a pipe line flowing from a cargo tank to a forcible vaporizer to control the flow rate of LNG. The temperature control valve is installed in an upstream of the flow rate control valve to control a LNG input temperature. The first temperature sensor measures the LNG input temperature. The second temperature sensor measures the temperature of the BOG passing through the forcible vaporizer. The flow sensor measures the flow rate of the BOG passing through the forcible vaporizer. The controller puts the temperature and the flow rate of the BOG to be obtained as command values and controls the flow rate control valve and the temperature control valve using information obtained from the first temperature sensor, the second temperature sensor, and the flow rate sensor.
