<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a solar cell is provided to improve a surface passivation effect by passivating dangling bond and defects on the rear of a silicon substrate using a hydrogenation process. CONSTITUTION: A silicon substrate(210) is prepared. The rear surface of the silicon substrate is passivated. A passivation film(270) is formed on the rear surface of the silicon substrate.
