PURPOSE: A trimming circuit and a semiconductor device are provided to minimize the size of a chip by using a terminal of an inner circuit as a terminal for inputting a current to cut a fuse. CONSTITUTION: A trimming circuit(10) trims a resistance circuit. The resistance circuit includes a plurality of resistors. An input terminal(17) is commonly connected to an external terminal of an inner circuit. A first output terminal(18) is connected to the resistance circuit. A first fuse(11) is formed between a first power terminal and the first output terminal. The first fuse is connected to the resistor of the resistance circuit in parallel. A first diode(12) is formed between the input terminal and the first output terminal.
