PURPOSE: A metal panel roof of a building with a reinforcement for preventing buckling and a construction method thereof are provided to properly absorb and disperse external force applied to the roof using a deck plate. CONSTITUTION: A metal panel roof of a building with a reinforcement for preventing buckling comprises multiple deck plates(20), structure reinforcements, an insulating material(30), and a finishing panel(60). The deck plates are located at the top of a support bar(10) and are integrated with adjacent side walls. The structure reinforcements are installed inside the deck plates at uniform intervals. Each structure reinforcement comprises left and right support frames(120,180) and a space control unit. The left and right support frames are attached to the inner surfaces of the facing side walls of the deck plates. The space control unit is inserted between the left and right support frames and attaches the left and right support frames to the inner surfaces of the side walls of the deck plates. The spaces between the structure reinforcements are filled with the insulating material. The finishing panel is made of a metal material and seals the top of the insulating material.
