PURPOSE: An apparatus for supporting golf putting and a method for the same are provided to obtain helpful information for putting. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for supporting golf putting comprises a photographing part(110), a inclination measurement spot display part(120), an inclination measurement part(130), a three-dimensional terrain data generation part(140), a three-dimensional terrain image display part(150), a putting guide line display part(160), and an acceleration sensor(170). The inclination measurement part measures inclination about at least one spot of either a first point or a second point. The three-dimensional terrain data generation part generates three-dimensional geographic information. The three-dimensional terrain image display part displays three-dimensional geographic information on a screen.
