PURPOSE: A variable plate glass loading device is provided to draw out a desired type of glass regardless of a loaded position while in a state where various sizes and colors of multiple plate glasses are loaded and stored on loading panels. CONSTITUTION: A variable plate glass loading device comprises a pair of rails(20), multiple loading panels(11-16), moving cylinders, and a control part. The rails are installed on the ground. The loading panels move on the rails and load multiple plate glasses. Each moving cylinder is mounted on each loading panel. The control part drives the moving cylinders. Each control part drives the moving cylinders so that one of the loading panels is separated from the others and rests are adjacent to each other.
