PURPOSE: An adult stem cell line containing a hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) gene and a neurogenic transcription factor gene with basic helix-ring-helix(bHLH) is provided to overcome chronic physical disability. CONSTITUTION: An adult stem cell line is transfected with a HGF(hepatocyte growth factor) gene and a neurogenic transcription factor gene of basic helix-loop-helix(bHLH). The adult stem cell line is a mesenchymal stem cell line. The neurogenic transcription factor is neurogenin 1, neurognin 2, neuro D1, MASH1, MATH 3, or E47 transcription factor of a fragment thereof. The HGF gene contains a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1. A method for preparing the adult stem cell line comprises: a step of culturing the adult stem cells; a step of transfecting neurogenin 1 gene into the adult stem cells; a step of sorting neurogenin 1 gene-transfected adult stem cells; a step of introduicing the HGF gene into the adult stem cells; a step of selecting the adult stem cells containing neurogenin 1 gene and HGF gene; and a step of culturing the sorted adult stem cells.
