A central presser (4) having a central face (40) clamps a central portion of a metal sheet (P) against a complementary central face (21) of the die. A peripheral presser (6) includes a peripheral surface (63) to shape a peripheral edge (B) of the sheet by pressing against a complementary peripheral face (22) of the die. A punch element (8) and a clipping element (9) are fixedly mounted on the upper flange for punching and clipping the peripheral edge of the sheet.
