Partial repairing method for inner pipe using stainless reinforcement pipe

PURPOSE: A method for partially repairing an inside of a pipeline by using a stainless reinforcing pipe is provided to improve an adhesive property between a stainless reinforcing pipe and FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) repairing material because scratches of the FRP repairing material is prevented when the stainless reinforcing pipe is expanded by an expander. CONSTITUTION: A method for partially repairing an inside of a pipeline by using a stainless reinforcing pipe(5) is as follows. The inside of a pipeline is cleaned and an exterior of an expander is wound with a stainless reinforcing pipe. A repairing material scratch preventing unit(2) is installed in an outer side of a joined portion of the stainless reinforcing pipe. A resin loss preventing unit is installed in outer sides of a radial bent band and hole formed along a central line of the stainless reinforcing pipe. A FRP repairing material is wound around an entire outer side of the stainless reinforcing pipe. A resin loss preventing and shear strength reinforcing unit(8) is wound around a central line in the outer side of the FRP repairing material. The stainless reinforcing pipe wound in the expander is expanded toward the pipeline so that the FRP repairing material is closely adhered to an inner surface of the pipeline. The used expander is eliminated.
