PURPOSE: A dosing apparatus is provided to improve the precision of a liquid dosing apparatus especially when liquid is high viscosity or half-liquid and half-solid phase. CONSTITUTION: A dosing apparatus comprises a cylinder(30) and an upper disk(11). The cylinder forcibly transfers target dosing liquid. The upper disk is connected at the front end of the cylinder. A conical protrusion part is formed at the bottom of the disk. The liquid transferred by the cylinder is dosed in an inflow hole. A lower disk is coupled at the bottom of the upper disk. A conical recessed part is formed at the top of the lower disk. The inner diameter of the top of the recessed part is larger than the outer diameter of the protrusion part of the upper disk. A space between the protrusion part and the recessed part is Multiple through-holes for communicating a space between the protrusion part and the recessed part with the outside are radially formed. The liquid is sprayed to nozzles(24) through the through-holes after being spread to a space between the exterior of the protrusion part of the upper disk and the interior of the recessed part of the lower disk. |
