摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The method involves forming an integral blade ring (4) by connecting adjacent blades (6) in a blade root region by friction stir welding. The integral blade ring is attached at a rotor hub (8) by friction stir welding, where the final processing of a rotor disk (1) is carried out. A welding tool is attached radially inside at blade roots (12) with radially outward facing shoulder surface for welding the blade roots.
