Sleeve-type adapter in the form of a rigid or malleable bulb, the smaller diameter of which is an internally and externally threaded neck for connection with a hygienic shower unit by means of a standard nipple or sleeve, and the inside of the curved larger diameter of which accommodates a ring-shaped or toroidal pneumatic chamber. This pneumatic ring, when inflated, using a manual or electric/electronic system, grips the adapter sealingly on the exterior of the faucet bodies. In a second configuration, this adapter has the form of a tube or hose, the ends of which are expanded in the form of curves, where toroidal pneumatic chambers are accommodated that, when inflated, grip, within and sealingly, tubes of different cross section and gauge.
