摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape recognition method capable of precisely recognizing a shape of an object even when the object moves at a high speed and different resolution is required depending on the size of the object. <P>SOLUTION: The shape recognition method of an object includes: a reference light projecting step (S102) to project a beam of reference light to a projection area on the object; a reference light imaging step (S104) to take an image of a lined area in the projection area where the reference light is projected; an inclined light projecting step (S106) to project a beam of brightness inclined light having a brightness inclination amount, the brightness of which varies in an inclination direction of the brightness, to the projection area; an inclined light imaging step (S108) to take an image of a lined area in an imaging direction different from the projection direction of the brightness inclined light extending in a direction different from the inclination direction of the brightness of the brightness inclined light in the projection area where the brightness inclined light is projected; and a shape recognition step (S110) to recognize the shape of the object using the imaging results taken in the reference light imaging step (S104) and the inclined light imaging step (S108). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
