[Problem] To attain a driving-apparatus integrated type rotating electrical machine, wherein connecting a power circuit thereto will be easy and vibration resistance and heat radiation characteristic will be excellent. [Solution] A driving-apparatus integrated type rotating electrical machine comprises, integrally: a driving apparatus provided with a motor, power switching elements for driving and controlling the motor, and conductors for feeding currents to the power switching elements; and a heat sink for cooling the driving apparatus. The driving-apparatus integrated type rotating electrical machine is characterized in that the power switching elements are molded in a state wherein the terminals thereof are exposed so as to be made into molded modules, the conductors are insert molded into a frame with the terminals thereof exposed, and the molded modules have the exposed terminals thereof connected to the exposed terminals of the insert-molded conductors, and are adhered to the heat sink. |
