<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the noise resistance of electronic equipment using an inexpensive and simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An electric retractor includes a retracting unit 10 for pulling out and retracting a seatbelt 102 that restrains an occupant, an electric drive unit 30 for pulling out or retracting the seatbelt 102 by driving a motor 20, and a control unit 50 that controls the motor 20.
