<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which suppresses change of vibration characteristics due to adhesion between a conductive adhesion and a piezoelectric vibration piece. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device (100) includes: a piezoelectric vibration piece (130) having an excitation part (131) in which excitation electrodes (134) are respectively formed on front and rear surfaces, support parts (132) in which a pair of extraction electrodes (135) respectively extracted from the excitation electrodes are formed, and joining parts (133) joining the excitation part to the support parts; and a package (120) in which the pair of electrode pads (124) are formed and the piezoelectric vibration piece is housed. The pair of electrode pads are connected with connection regions, respectively formed on the pair of extraction electrodes, through a conductive adhesive (141). The centroid of the piezoelectric vibration piece and each connection region exist on a straight line, and penetration grooves, penetrating through the piezoelectric vibration piece, are formed between the centroid of the piezoelectric vibration piece and each connection region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
