<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium conveying device that provides stable conveyance force at a low cost, ensures stable behavior of a recording medium in entering the conveying device, and suppresses conveyance skew to stably convey the recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: A recording medium conveying device 400 includes a conveying member 402 that conveys a sheet-like recording medium P carrying a toner image by adsorbing the recording medium P on a surface 402a thereof.
