<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a yaw rate detection device having high offset precision of a zero point drift. <P>SOLUTION: A yaw rate detection device includes: a yaw rate sensor 2 that detects a yaw rate of a vehicle; a camera 3 that takes an image in front of the vehicle; a straight-ahead driving determination unit 4 that evaluates linearity of a road where the vehicle is driving on the basis of the image of the camera 3 and determines whether the vehicle is driving straight ahead; and an offset unit 5 that sets a reading value of the yaw rate sensor 2 during the straight-ahead driving of the vehicle as an offset value and offsets a zero point drift of the yaw rate sensor 2 with the offset value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
