The support structure includes a backrest frame, lumbar support and adjusting device (V) for adjusting position of lumbar support. The support element is in operative connection with the backrest frame, adjusting device and lumbar support. The drive elements (4a,4b) of slider are moved in displacement direction (Y) such that the adjusting element (1a) in operative connection with the drive element (4a) is supported elastically by an elastic spring (F1a).
