The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hollow curved plate that can prevent cracking during bending and in the environment of usage; also to provide a method for manufacturing the hollow curved plate, and a burner for a gas turbine. A hollow curved plate (20, 50, 70) comprises a first plate member (241-243) having first grooves (22), and a second plate member (341-343) that has second grooves (32) each of a width substantially equal to the first grooves (22) and that is bonded by diffusion bonding to the first plate member (241-243), and the hollow curved plate is curved by bending in a state of being bonded with the first plate member (241-243) and the second plate member (341-343). The first grooves (22) are positioned relative to the second grooves (32) so that the positions of the first grooves (22) and second grooves (32) in the width direction substantially coincide, and hollow parts (401-403) are formed by the first grooves (22) and the second grooves (32).
