The purpose of the present invention is to provide a structure wherein a blade tensioner is used to put a cam chain under tension and said tensioner and cam chain are easy to attach to an engine structured such that a side of a cylinder body cannot be opened. In the present invention, a blade shoe (168) has a plate part (172), a front-end part (179), a rear-end part (175), a first jig-attachment part (300), and a second jig-attachment part (302). A jig (200) is attached to the first jig-attachment part (300), which is provided towards the front-end part (179) with respect to the lengthwise middle of the blade shoe. The jig (200) is also attached to the second jig-attachment part (302), which is provided towards the rear-end part (175) with respect to the lengthwise middle of the blade shoe. The first jig-attachment part (300) has an opening (301) in a direction that intersects the direction in which a leaf spring (166) extends. |
