<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen panel which a white coating layer is formed is provided to thinly make thickness of the white coating layer by using a vacuum coating method. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer is successively formed in a back side of a glass plate(10) with a vacuum coating method. The coating layer is differently formed in a border unit and a central unit of the back side of the glass plate. A central unit coating layer is formed by successively laminating a SiO2 coating layer(50) and an indium tin oxide coating layer(60). A border coating layer is a white coating layer. The border coating layer is formed by successively laminating a MgO coating layer(20), a Ag coating layer(30), a TiO+SiO or SiO2+TiO2 coating layer(40), the SiO2 coating layer and the indium tin oxide coating layer in the glass plate with an uneven unit. The uneven unit is formed by sanding or etching.</p> |
