<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device, an apparatus control method and a control program for notifying a user of an available function within a surplus power. <P>SOLUTION: An available function search section 25a calculates a value of remaining power (surplus power value) by subtracting an apparatuses consumption power value (obtained by an apparatuses consumption power value obtaining section 22) from a power generation value (obtained by a power generation value obtaining section 21). A required power storage 24a obtains available functions within the surplus power and the operation status of the home electric appliances 8.
