<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensively-manufacturable structure that can sufficiently secure water-tightness of a mounting part of a cap for closing an axial inner end opening of an outer ring. <P>SOLUTION: A lock groove 12 is formed over the entire circumference at an axial inner end of an inner peripheral surface of an outer ring 1a, and the axial inner end of the inner peripheral surface of the outer ring 1a is brought into a raw state where a heat-treated hardened layer is not formed. A cap 5a is composed of a cap body 13 made of a metal plate, and an elastic material 14, and a lock part 17 formed with a part of the elastic material 14 is arranged in an outer peripheral part of the cap body 13.
