The present invention relates to a powdery mixture for producing tablets containing levetiracetam by directly tableting the mixture, wherein the mixture comprises at least 60 wt% of levetiracetam and a dry binder. In order to provide a powdery mixture having a relatively high content of levetiracetam, by means of which powdery mixture tablets can be produced that are characterized by relatively low friability values and that are accordingly well coverable, it is proposed that the dry binder has a D10 value of 1 µm to 15 µm, a D50 value of 10 µm to 50 µm, and a D90 value of 30 µm to 120 µm. |
