<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire excellent in rain groove wandering performance while suppressing the lowering of steering stability. <P>SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire includes a plurality of land parts divided by a plurality of peripheral grooves and provided on a tread, and a plurality of thin grooves provided along at least one edge of each of peripheral grooves. Cutting edge angles θ of the thin grooves in the land parts satisfy the following (a), (b) and the cutting edge angle θ of each of the shoulder side region grooves is larger than that of each of the center side region grooves: (a) the cutting edge angles θ of the thin grooves are 0-60° in the peripheral groove within a region ranging from a center line to shorter than 1/3 of a distance between the center line and the grounded end, and (b) the cutting edge angles θ of the thin grooves are 30-80° in the peripheral groove within a region ranging from 1/3 of the distance between the center line and the grounded end to the grounded end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
