The apparatus has a solar cell (2) such as monocrystalline, polycrystalline, and amorphous solar cell attached to a transparent or translucent cylinder (1) made of glass or plastic. The solar cell is fastened on a heat-conductive support or holding strip (4). A tube (5) is attached to the longitudinal direction of the cylinder. The tube is formed of round, square or rectangular shape. The cooling fluid such as water is made to flow through the tube. A frame made of plastic or metal such as aluminum is used for joining cylinders.
