PURPOSE: A displaying device and a manufacturing method are provided to convert a 2D driving mode displaying a 2D image into a 3D driving mode displaying a 3D image. CONSTITUTION: A first liquid crystal layer(120) is interposed between an intermediate layer and a first substrate. A second common electrode is formed in a back side of the intermediate layer. A second substrate(160) is arranged in a line with the first substrate. A pixel unit(150) is equipped on the second substrate. The pixel unit includes a plurality of pixel electrodes which is faced with the second common electrode. A second liquid crystal layer(140) is interposed between the second common electrode and the pixel unit.
