<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving-direction determination system 11 which is low in cost and high in resolution. <P>SOLUTION: A moving-direction determination system 11 is produced by combining a plurality of sensor modules 12a through 12g which respectively determine a moving direction of a human body. Each of the plurality of sensor modules 12a through 12g has three pyroelectric sensor sections 21a through 21c and a moving-direction determination section which determines the moving direction of the human body on the basis of electromagnetic waves detected by the three pyroelectric sensor sections 21a through 21c. By combining 36 moving directions with respect to entrance and exit which are determined by respective sensor modules 12a through 12g, the moving-direction determination system 11 as a whole determines a moving direction of the human body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
