<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consciousness lowering determination device capable of accurately determining a driver's consciousness lowering state. <P>SOLUTION: A consciousness lowering determination device for learning a deviation risk from a vehicle running lane and for determining a threshold for determining a driver's consciousness lowering state on the basis of learned data executes: a step (S23) of determining whether or not road curvature is in the same phase as the deviation risk; a step (S24) of, when determined to be in the same phase, not using the deviation risk as learned data.
