<p>A solid-state imaging device comprising: a pixel array part; a control line (TG) for controlling the operation of a transfer transistor and the like, the control line being provided to every pixel row; and a driver circuit (103) for controlling the operation of the transfer transistor via the control line (TG), the driver circuit being connected to a power source wiring (TGL). The driver circuit (103) of the solid-state imaging device carries out an all-reset operation whereby the signal charge of all pixels is reset, as well as a read operation for the pixel signal for every pixel row, and the solid-state imaging device further comprises an impedance controlling means (130) for causing the impedance value of the power source wiring (TGL) during the read operation to be less than the impedance value of the power source wiring (TGL) during the all-reset operation.</p> |
