An apparatus administration system comprises a control device which controls the operation of each apparatus, and a display device which is capable of communicating with the control device. A control unit of the control device controls each apparatus according to an operation schedule of a schedule storage unit. An operation history storage unit associates a past operation state with an operation date and time and stores same as an operation history. An information acquisition unit of the display device acquires the operation schedule and the operation history from the control device. A date/time setting unit sets a past date and time and treats same as a set date/time. An estimation unit estimates an operation state at the set date/time, using the operation schedule. An extraction unit extracts an actual operation state at the set date/time from the operation history. A display unit displays the operation state of the schedule control and the actual operation state adjacent to one another.
