<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ambiguity of a request related document for use in an upstream process of an information system configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An order of priority of ambiguity is set for ambiguity points included in the request related document for use in the upstream process of the information system configuration, based on an evaluation criterion unique for the request related document.
