<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungus culture extract having cytotoxicity to cancer cells by culturing a fungus with low possibility of causing harm to humans and animals. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided [1] a fungus culture extract obtained by culturing a fungus belonging to the genus Eurotium, subsequently extracting the fungus and the fungus culture product with an organic solvent, and [2] the fungus culture extract described in [1] in which the fungus belonging to the genus Eurotium has a ribosome with 26 Svedberg units, and the partial sequence of a DNA base sequence included in the ribosome with 26 Svedberg units has a base sequence comprising a specific sequence or the base sequence in which one or more bases in the base sequence are deleted, substituted, added or inserted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
