<p>A fractional frequency reuse resource allocation method and device. The method comprises: a base station acquiring an uplink channel parameter reported by a terminal; deciding, according to the uplink channel parameter and an uplink channel parameter threshold corresponding to a current user attribute of the terminal, whether to adjust the user attribute of the terminal, the user attribute comprising a center user and an edge user; and re-allocating frequency resources to the terminal whose user attribute has been adjusted. In the method and the device, the frequency reuse technology can be adopted for an uplink band with limited frequencies to suppress co-channel interference, and effective load balancing can be implemented on full band resources and partial band resources.</p> |
