<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation device which has a base having high mechanical strength and does not deform. <P>SOLUTION: A heat radiation device according to this invention includes: a base including a bottom plate, a top plate, and a heat pipe held between the bottom plate and the top plate; multiple fins installed on the base; and a stationary component provided at the base so as to penetrate therethrough. The base is held between the bottom plate and the top plate and further includes a frame enclosing the heat pipe. The frame includes multiple side parts sequentially connected. The multiple side parts, the bottom plate, and the top plate form a housing space that houses the heat pipe, and the stationary component penetrates through the bottom plate, the frame, and the top plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
