<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin pulley having superior thermal stability and a superior effect in suppressing expansion and contraction in a circumferential direction of an inner tube part under severe thermal stress. <P>SOLUTION: The resin pulley, which is formed integrally with a bearing, includes: an inner tube part composed of a resin composition in which resin is combined with a fibrous reinforcing material, and contacting with an outer ring outer circumference surface of the bearing; an outer tube part which is disposed concentric with the inner tube, and over which a belt is put; a plate-like center annular part connecting the inner tube part to the outer tube part; and rib radially disposed on the center annular part to connect the inner tube part to the outer tube part. The resin pulley has more fibrous reinforcing materials oriented in a circumferential direction of the inner tube part than fibrous reinforcing materials oriented in a thickness direction of the inner tube part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
