Disclosed are a method and a system for acquiring an E-SRVCC STN-SR. The method comprises: an access transfer control function (ATCF) in a visited domain storing a dynamic session transfer number for single radio voice call continuity (STN-SR) allocated to a user in a home subscriber server (HSS) in the visited domain; and acquiring the dynamic STN-SR from the HSS. The present invention avoids the problem of handover failure due to the incompatibility among equipment from different manufacturers being used as network element equipment in different domains.
