The invention relates to an application able to connect itself to any type of encryption device for issuance of digital certificates or for temporal marking of documents. According to the invention, the application communicates with a computer specialized in cryptographic activities () (Hardware Security Module) where there are stored certificates and private keys of a certification authority, the certification application () (Certification Authority) requests to the specialized computer () the certificates to be signed only when they are validated by an operator of the authority while, for temporal marking services, after saving a client's request, the application () creates a temporal marking packet and sends it to be signed to the specialized computer () to which it connects itself. |
