PURPOSE: A midsole in which buffer balls are formed on a bottom surface of the midsole and a manufacturing device thereof are provided to mold buffer body having through holes into one body and to prevent the division line of the mold from being exposed to outside. CONSTITUTION: A midsole in which buffer balls are formed on a bottom surface of the midsole comprises a midsole(10), a buffer body(20), an upper mold, and a lower mold. On the flat bottom surface of the midsole, the buffer body having through-holes which are penetrated toward the lateral side is formed. The supporting arms of the mold for molding the midsole are formed to be distanced at constant distance from the exterior wall to the inner side of the upper mold. The circular bodies formed at the leading end of the supporting arms forms projectors in order to closely attach the projectors to the circular bodies in identical forms. In case the mold is separated after foam molding, the division line of the mold is not formed on the exterior surface of the molded midsole and the buffer body is formed on the bottom surface of the midsole. |
