PURPOSE: An augmented reality based interactive content generating method and a system thereof are provided to synthesize an operation of a content jointer and to activate an event hidden for background content by operation. CONSTITUTION: An image and motion extracting unit extracts an image and an operation of a content joiner(S100). A chroma key generating unit synthesizes the image with the background content(S200). A coordinate value processing unit calculates a coordinate of the operation. The coordinate processing unit converts the coordinate into a key value(S400). In case the key value is a key value of an event included in the background content, an event processing unit executes the event in the chroma key image(S500).
