<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous artificial bone including a structure more similar to a biological bone. <P>SOLUTION: The porous artificial bone includes a structure of repetitive arrangement of a tetrahedrally coordinated rod structure unit in which four rods are arranged to extend from the centroid of a regular tetrahedron to apexes. The porosity of a first unit and the porosity of a second unit may be different.
