<p>The axle carrier (1) comprises an upper shell (2) and a lower shell (3) that are connected with each other, where a hollow space filled with cured material between the upper shell and the lower shell. The upper shell and the lower shell are made of a thermoplastic or thermosetting plastic reinforced with a fiber material. The fiber material is provided as a glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramide fiber, polythene fiber or ceramic fiber. The fiber material is placed in form of mats or loose fibers.</p> |
