PURPOSE: An emitting type direction sign board using solar heat and wind power is provided to rotate a sign board showing a direction, thereby moving an arrow to a desired direction. CONSTITUTION: A rotation axis(21) is adhered to a direction sign board(20) to rotate an arrow to a desired direction. The rotation axis rotates the direction sign board formed in a top of a main body(10). Power generated in a generator(52) and a solar power generator(51) is stored in a storage battery(40) by using a wire(30). The storage battery is adhered to a bottom of the main body.
