<p>PURPOSE: A preamble detector for a data encoding desorption signal is provided to effectively detect preambles which is defined in a half bit. CONSTITUTION: A correlation apparatus(410) calculates a correlation between reference signals which maintain an input signal during a half bit. A sampling apparatus(420) samples a correlation result in the half bit. A code determination unit determines the code of the sampled correlation results. A code storage unit stores the determined code. A signal comparison unit calculates a correlation between a preamble code and the stored code.
